About Richard Harbridge
Richard is the Chief Technology Officer and owner of 2toLead. He works as a trusted advisor with hundreds of organizations, helping them understand their current needs, their future needs, and what actions they should take in order to grow and achieve their bold ambitions.
He remain hands on in his work and still lead, architect, and implement hundreds of business and technology solutions that help organizations transform both digitally and organizationally. Richard has a passion for helping organizations achieve more; whether it is helping an organization build beautiful websites to support a great content and social strategy, or helping an organization leverage emerging cloud and mobile technology to better service their members or the communities that they serve.
Prior to Richard’s role at 2toLead, he served as an advisor and leader within Microsoft helping partners adopt and develop new services and business models. Richard managed a large team of executives, directors, consultants, and other resources through various sales and partner programs, extending the reach, impact, and capability of Microsoft teams. Before his time with Microsoft he also led consulting and enterprise companies, helping them achieve triple digit growth, expand into new markets, differentiate their brand, and achieve better business results.
Richard is lucky enough to be an author and an internationally recognized expert in Microsoft technology, marketing and professional services. As a sought-after speaker, he often have the opportunity to share insights, experiences, and advice around social networking, collaboration, technology/process adoption, and business development at industry events around the globe. When not speaking at industry events, Richard works with 2toLead, Microsoft, partners, customers and serve on multiple committees including the Microsoft Community Leadership Board.
