About Prasad Gupte

Over 16+ years, Prasad has consistently achieved Product engagement & revenue goals across diverse industries by leading PM, Design & Data. With a growth mindset, passion for performance & determined resilience, he has driven product & team transformation at tech scale-ups like Babbel & tonies, by driving strategic clarity, nurturing top talent and fostering collaboration to unlock full team potential.

An engineer-turned-PM, Prasad redefined purchasing UX at Zycus and drove a B2B product portfolio from concept-to-revenue, winning an MVP award & multiple patents. Transitioning to B2C in 2015, he spearheaded mobile app loyalty initiatives for 10 million members and managed e-commerce strategies for 15 brands across three markets, significantly enhancing customer lifetime value (CLV).

Initially leading Marketing Tech, Prasad doubled the PM team & restructured mission teams along the customer journey, ultimately focussing on YoY user & subscription growth while reporting to the CRO. At tonies, he drives growth by innovating 4 digital experiences across the connected ecosystem: spanning shopping, in-app engagement, IoT and content (Licensor/User/AI generated) with a dynamic product team.

Prasad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from BITS Pilani. He is dedicated to ongoing professional development, having pursued education in Growth (Reforge), Innovation (IDEO), and Team Coaching (ICP).
