Minna has developed Suomi.fi-services and content design processes in Suomi.fi editorial team. Recently, she has focused on developing content for different life events for.
She wants to look at the customer's situation as a whole and has brought together specialists from different administrative fields. She has combined the methods of service design and content design to achieve products that truly helps customers and helps the network to achieve it’s goals. She thinks that content design in the network is also a good place to notice processes that require development.
