About Mark Fassbender
Mark has been involved in interactive design for 20 years, focusing on ecommere design and web effectiveness for the last 10. His design background includes complete web site strategy and design from concept to execution including researching, journey planning, user research, wireframing, prototyping, design and some front end coding.
In addition to complete websites, his body of work also includes banners, emails, in-store touch screen kiosk interfaces and interface design for a variety of medical, fitness, and home entertainment applications.
Mark’s focus is creating websites that work. Using key principles of usability, simplicity and a customer focused approach tempered with an understanding of market forces I produce online solutions that effectively meet the needs of both business owners and end users.
The post-launch maintenance of a website is imperative to continued success, he provides a knowledge of SEO techniques, content strategy, site metric analysis and test planning to ensure a process of continuous improvement of websites.
Mark has always worked as part of a larger team, easily collaborating with developers, planners, and marketing managers as well as presenting to global audiences and executive boards to gain project approval from stakeholders.
