About Maike Kueper
Maike is a corporate culture thinker focusing on bringing German corporates up to speed.
Maike is a curious and outspoken organisational and culture developer. Questioning the status quo by observing, analysing and designing new approaches is how she operates.
An expert on humanizing organisations and facilitation, Maike believes the way to future readiness doesn’t lie in big transformation programs – but always in the next step.
Previously, she and her team were responsible for global culture development at Dr. Oetker. Before, she acted as new work and innovation consultant at Detecon International, a subsidiary of T-Systems, where she accompanied a number of large organizations on their transformation journeys developing new innovation approaches, work styles and HR practices.
Maike has a background in intercultural people development and communications from the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena.
