About Lotte Bjerre
Lotte’s curiosity is her biggest motivation and strength in her daily work. She loves to investigate and understand user journeys, dive into the work culture and work flows of the end users, and build easy-to-understand software that fits the needs she has seen through her investigations.
Lotte is the kind of person who quickly get the grasp of complex work flows and she understands the hidden details – she see solutions and hidden problems that the customer is maybe not aware of themselves, and suggests the solution that the users need and not always the solution that the customer demands at first.
Lotte put a big effort in being the users advocate when she comes up with solutions and recommendations. In her present work, she often experience that her customers and users contact her to get ideas and recommendations on how to optimise work flows in relation to the software solutions.
Through Lotte’s studies in biomedical engineering and her experience from Columna Flow at Systematic, she has gained a great domain insight in the health care sector in various countries (including Denmark, Norway, Scotland, Australia, and Finland). She understands both technical and clinical terms and as a result of that, she often functions as the “glue” that combines the different aspects in the project.
