About Lars Birkholm Petersen
Tech savvy data-driven digital marketing and customer experience (CX) executive, with more than 20 years’ of digital experience and co-author of “Connect – How to use data and experience marketing to create lifetime customers” (Wiley).
Lars’ passion is to work at the intersection between bleeding edge technology and customer first approach to delight consumers and exceed their expectations to create a stronger relationship between brands and their customers.
Strong experience in architecting cross channel customer experiences, personalization, analytics and change management (or executive education to realize the opportunity with a customer first focus).
He works with multiple Fortune100 brands on their digital marketing and CX strategies, providing guidance for the process to analyze, identify, implement and optimize better customer experiences, as well as recommend organizational structures and roles in order to run effective customer experience programs and how to use technology to connect the data to/from the marketing architecture.
Lars is an entrepreneur at heart and innovator to challenge to business as usual. He was the co-owner of a digital agency for 8 years, which was sold to Visma Software (leading Nordic vendor of ERP & CRM systems) and have since medio 2008 worked for Sitecore and built Sitecore Business Optimization Strategies (SBOS), to help Sitecore customers and implementation partners create better digital experiences for their customers and contribute as a thought-leader to various assets/videos, as well as speaking engagements.
