About Katrine Marie Klitgaard

Katrine, living and working in Aarhus, has been a part of Salling Group for 5 years and working with content creation for digital platforms for 7 years.

With a master in Media Science from Aarhus University and experience from TV production, journalism and marketing she has a broad skillset which she uses daily. She believes that everyone is creative in their own way, and that we always need to have a databased approached for what we do – and if we don’t have one, then we need to try the idea out and learn from there.

She finds that human-focused leadership is what makes the strongest teams and even though there will be KPI’s and a lot of stakeholders to manage, a strong team spirit, freedom and integrity is what will make a creative team blossom in a huge organization.

Our work takes up a minimum of 8 hours a day – it’s important that these 8 hours count for something great!
