About Helen Lovett

After studying fashion and textile design, turning around the performance of retail stores and spearheading the success of a fashion start-up, Helen pivoted her career towards copywriting in 2014. She added to her commercial and user-orientated skillsets by learning the writing ropes at a hotel group, before beginning her UX writing journey at Booking.com back in 2017.

Her focus at Booking.com began with the B2B app and building a UX community for partner-facing products, before having the incredible opportunity to focus on writing about Booking.com’s sustainability efforts in 2022.

Away from her direct role, she’s won internal awards for her work towards well-being within Booking.com. Away from the keyboard, she’s learning how to fence, gets excited about exploring the world and loves taking care of her two ferrets.
