About Christian Bennich
Coming from a deep technical background, Christian has 20 years of experience in building advanced technical solutions, driving business value for organisations of all shapes and sizes. Driving and managing teams through tough strategic changes, running a daily operations with a strong focus on leadership, and succeeding as a team, making sure that the team is the superstar.
His focus has been on solving strategic digital challenges in highly complex and international businesses, building and advising on scalable, lasting solutions for customers and partners.
As part of first the Nordic Leadership team, and then the EMEA wide leadership team in Sitecore Christian was responsible for leading cross-cultural teams of highly skilled professionals.
Christian has built a strong skillset within people- and stakeholder-management, business and technical consulting through continuously being faced challenges on, and interacting with all levels of business, at clients such as Danske Bank, Nordic Forum, SDC, William Demant, Kerzner Group, Emaar Properties and more.
Leading complex technical discussions within these and many other enterprises has allowed him to hone his skills as a communicator, encouraging and assuring value-based communication leading stakeholders to a better understanding of complexities, benefits, caveats and more.
