About Brian Tomlinson

Brian is an engaging and energetic digital operator with nearly 20 years of experience in sales, digital projects, marketing, and communications. He believes that technology can be used to develop people and organisations into the best versions of themselves.

He has played an integral role in the Digital Transformation of large, multi-national brands like Hapag-Lloyd and Engel & Völkers. During that time he has worked on a number of dynamic projects across the digital landscape with a focus on sales, marketing and communications.

He's been directly involved with initiatives like:

  • Helped build a digital unit from scratch at Hapag-Lloyd,

  • Launch their first digital product that has gone on to do well over $1 Billion in revenue

  • Established Digital Marketing teams, processes and SOPs

  • Run key platform projects for websites, marketing automation, Digital Workplace (Intranet), Customer Experience and Content Marketing.


Brian loves working with cross functional teams to bring digital to organisations and help deliver organisational goals.
