About Bebo White
Bebo White is widely recognized as an internet pioneer and one of the key contributors to the development of the World Wide Web. In the early 1990s, as a computational physicist at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC), Bebo was instrumental in building the first web server in North America, soon after Tim Berners-Lee introduced the World Wide Web at CERN. His involvement in the early web community helped establish SLAC as one of the first websites in the U.S., marking a significant milestone in internet history.
Bebo White’s expertise spans web technologies, distributed computing, and social media.
